Matt's wife, Kerry, plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of Raptor Ranch, while their children, Frazer and Ava, have been raised around birds of prey from a very young age. Growing up alongside these remarkable birds has given them a genuine appreciation for falconry and the care required to raise healthy, confident raptors.

Frazer has developed a keen interest in falconry and continues to build his knowledge through hands-on experience, assisting with the daily care of the birds, maintaining the mews, and learning every aspect of responsible breeding and husbandry. Ava also enjoys being involved, helping wherever she can and sharing the family's passion for birds of prey.
